For this reason, we have an initiative with local retailers - preferably shoe shops - to recycle used and recyclable shipping and shoe boxes for our shipments as long as our partners have them in stock and the goods to be shipped allow it.

So please don't be surprised if you should ever receive your teddy bear or cuddly toy in a shoe box. We guarantee that the quality and our service will not be affected by this. 

In this way we all contribute a little bit to saving our environment and our resources for the future of our loved ones by avoiding waste
